Crown National Safari Biltong Spice 2kg
is one of the most popular biltong spices in South Africa.
It's very easy to use and makes great biltong. Biltong Recipe: Use silverside for the classic biltong cut Remove sinew and slice the silverside into strips Layer in a non metallic dish and sprinkle meat with spice (40/50g per kg) Sprinkle with vinegar and repeat Hang to dry in dryer with the fan on and a heat source until dried to your liking. (usually 3-4 days) Does not contain E363
